Description
Bitter. Let’s just get straight to the point here. We loaded this Sucker up with Centennial and Glacier Hops in the beginning of the boil, then tried to tame it with aromatic additions of Amarillo, Azacca, and a heavy dry hop dose of Citra and Simcoe. It didn’t work. Untamable. The aroma makes you think this is going to be some smooth East Coast number, but it isn’t. Our yeast worked overtime trying to dry this beer out, and the effort helps the bitterness sing clear through the pallet on this one, beginning, middle, end, end, end… it doesn’t really end. This one’s for the bitter beer lover out there.
